This is the process we follow in creating technology solutions for our clients:

Phase 1: Needs Assessment
A VierO Solutions representative meets with you to determine the needs of your business or organization. In this phase our representative will try to gain a clearer understanding of where your business is currently, and the requirements of the application or service that you would like for us to provide.

Using the information obtained from this meeting and follow-up conversations, we create a price quote and project timelines. Within the price quote we will list the requirements of the project, proposed solution to fulfill each requirement, and the cost of developing that solution. This method of breaking the overall application down into its component parts, allows us to better adjust project costs to meet the budgetary restrictions of our clients.

Phase 2: Design
VierO Solutions will compile all of the requirements and create an overall design for the application. This design will include items such as logos, workflow diagrams, screen shots, and detailed descriptions of information that will be collected and stored within the application. At this time, we will collect your input on the design and make any revisions necessary in order for the design to be approved.

Phase 3: Build
During this phase you can rest easy. VierO Solutions’ staff of trained professionals will be hard at work converting the design into a fully functioning application. We will provide you with frequent status reports which detail our progress. For websites, we will provide you with a private internet address where you can monitor progress made on your website in real time. For custom applications, we will provide a checklist of items to be completed based on the design, and show percentage completion of each of those items.

Phase 4: Testing
Testing involves us checking and rechecking our own work to make sure the application functions as it should. As with the build phase we will frequently provide you with status updates.

Phase 5: Release
The application is delivered to you. A VierO Solutions representative will meet with you to walk you through the main features and functions of the application. The representative will then get you to sign-off on the project to confirm that it has been completed to your specifications.

Phase 6: Support
At VierO Solutions we don’t view your business as a customer; we view it as a relationship. In order to help our relationship grow, we will check back in on you from time to time to see how things are going. Likewise, we encourage you to contact us if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
